[RC] Boa vs. Old Mac - Levon Yengoyan

We have an older horse who is having hoof and joint problems in his old age.
Our farrier has suggested not shoeing him but using Old Macs for the few
times when he is ridden. She likes them because they are padded. Would the
new Boa Boot be a better option? Are they padded? Are they easier or
harder to put on than the Old Macs? I have used EZ boots but am not
familiar with these other two. Thanks of the help.
