Re: [RC] Favorite Riding Undies - RDCARRIEI wear the thin undies sold by Australian Connection, and tights with fleece padding in the seat (and knees). Got enough of my "own" padding in the seat area that I don't need anything else. :/ Socks - whatever I grab out of the drawer - calf length, worn under my tights to keep them up. Tops - a sports bra and a t-shirt. Shoes - a pair of the light-weight low-top hiking boots like they sell at Academy - the ones that are a mix of suede-type stuff and breathable stuff. Ankle-height. Very lightweight, but good arch support, and good traction if I get off on downhills (like at Fort Stantion last week). They can also just be hosed off if they get muddy around the water trough. :) Dawn in East Texas ============================================================ You don't have to be a 100-mile rider or a multi-day rider to be an endurance rider, but if you want to experience the finest challenges our sport has to offer, you need to do both of those. ~ Joe Long ridecamp.net information: http://www.endurance.net/ridecamp/ ============================================================
