are novices.  "Training" was likewise rejected--again, clearly not all
ride them for training.  "Limited" seemed to fit, and certainly was not
intended to be derogatory in any way...."

A true fable:

In 1948 a small boy started school in Cranford, NJ.  After a few weeks, Miss
Davis divided his class into three groups: The Red Birds, The Blue Birds,
and the Brown birds to start teaching them to read.  In less than one week,
all of the children knew that the Red Birds were smart, and the Brown Birds
were dumb.  The Brown Birds were continually teased for being dumb.

Moral: While words can hurt, no amount of political correctness in choosing
them can prevent nasty people from using them as weapons.
