[RC] horse mauling - sandy . l . holderHi Patricia! It's me - you know, Tally's mom!! Sheila called me on Sunday morning. . . before she could even get to the end of her story, I suggested she bring both her horses to my house for a 'visit', at least until someone can figure out how to deal with the mountain lion(s). It's really scared me that a mauling would occur, primarily a repeat event. My feeling is that 'once bitten', whoever's doing it, has 'got the taste', just like alligators (I'm from Florida). Dick's offered his pasture to Christina and I'm sure you could put yours there as well (PLENTY of room). I have 12 acres, I think he has 40 and his is two short (my adoptees). My .02 cents, please bring them to my house or to Dick's pasture.
