I took the Moritz saddle to the
saddler, and he did say he can repair the tree. Wow, I was under the
impression that they were not able to be repaired - DUH. He is going to
weld the broken metal, and the wood broken beneath it he will fill with
fiberglass.
I am still interested in anyone
who knows more about where to get information about theses saddles, or maybe
even to purchase another used one. The one I have is old enough to have
the make # worn off of the flap.
