[RC] re: Alice- how to keep your seat - Chrystal





I missed the original post - hope I am not repeating anything here that has
been said. After a bad fall and loss of confidence I got an Australian
saddle with the polleys and it has been amazing!!! It really is a saddle
desinged to keep you in the saddle. My mare took off at a  full gallop last
year through a hay field -when I tried to stop her she did a pretty good
bucking bronco imitation along with major twisting and turning-those
polley's ( thigh blocks) kept me from going of the saddle sideways!! They
are also very comfortable saddles.:-)
