[RC] Hoist One for the 7K Pony - Oldwaggy

Remington, my 13.3 hh Icelandic gelding, reached the 7,000 career mileage mark on the second day of the Cuyama Oaks Ride last weekend.
I had some leftover papaya juice concentrate from a weird salad recipe I tried to make a few weeks ago to try to demonstrate my gentler side to my wife.  Being a resourceful endurance rider, I mixed it up with some other ingredients to make a new drink.
So pour half a can of 7-Up (6 ounces) into a glass over ice.  Add a quarter cup of papaya juice concentrate.  (It comes in bottles from the health food store.)  Mix in an ounce of your favorite vodka.  It's very refreshing on a warm day.  We call it a Pony Express to honor Rem and all the ponies who have traveled all the pony trails before him.
So mix one up and drink one with me to celebrate the pony!
