[RC] From: " Cheryl Ann" <mskit@netsync.net> - sandy . l . holder

I use a '96 Chevy Suburban pulling a 2 horse slant load (bumper pull).  It works great for what I use it for. . . I come to the rides with everything including the kitchen sink (compliments of Coleman) - with my mid tack to the brim with stuff, including hay.  Sometimes I wish I had  gooseneck but most times I don't.  My trailer is NOT aluminum either - so it's heavy.  I'm just lucky enough to have a husband who knows how to 'take care of me' in that he put in a larger radiator, great towing package (things I don't know what they are or what they do but help me pull my boys very safely), and 'chipped' it so I get good gas mileage.  I've copied him so if you have a specific question, you two can connect.

Haven't made it to any rides this year except to volunteer.  We just moved so between that and settling my boy(s) in, training has taken a back seat.  I'm opposed to taking my horse to a ride where he'd want to "run with the big dogs" (even though I don't let him), without the proper time in training so hopefully we'll make our first ride next month.

Good luck,
Sandy, Tally & DC's Lucky (and Dave who really knows how to 'take care of' a girl)!
