There is no perfect system. Hell, horses jump over fences and get out of their pastures at home.

I use two inch electrical tape - it can be seen. My horses are trained to it. When a new horse goes to a ride he goes with an experienced horse. I park and put up my fence in such a way that if some other horse gets out - they don't have a direct shot at my fence. I use by trailer and truck to block a horse from knocking down my fence.

I've been using my fence for 14 years and have had no problems even when others get out. It takes more than a restraint systems - it takes using it smartly.
