WRITINGS of Frank T. Hopkins

Now that is the best thing I have read on this subject.  The movie was very far fetched but enjoyable enough.  I went to see it thinking that it would be more like science fiction and enjoyed it.  I especially loved the scene at the end with all those horses running free - quite a sight.

".......and God sought to bestow upon man a supreme mark of his blessing.  God created the horse. The horse could run faster than the deer, jump higher than the goat, and endure longer than the wolf.  Man, being encompassed by elements that sought to destroy him, would have been a slave, had the horse not made him king."
