I just went out to feed the horses (2) and there were 2 large
orange-red urine areas in the snow ? any ideas?  They are eating
like normal. Can they get orange urine from carrots?



There are metabolic byproducts in urine that turn orange when they hit the
cold snow.  Perfectly normal.
