So does that mean that all the other countries (besides USA) that also drive
on the right side of the road have the highest part of the road on the
outside of the road instead of the middle?

America is by no means the only place where driving is done on the right.
Just a short list: France, UAE, Cambodia, Turkey, China, Kuwait, Korea,
Denmark. Many other countries also drive on the right.

Load the horse (single) or heaviest horse on the side of the camber (highest
part) of the road - left for America, right for the rest of the world.
Better driving and road holding that way.
