[RC] torsion axles v.s. spring or others - Heather Saunders

Ok, anyone out there have an opinion, facts, myths or
any information about the advantages/disadvantages of
torsion axles on a horse trailer v.s. regular spring
or eye to eye axles? (not sure really what eye to eye
axles are, so please chime in if you know!).

I'm looking for a 2H slant bumper pull and have been
reading about the advantages of torsion axles. But, I
cannot seem to find trailers with torsion axles that
are not the highest end trailers for lots of $$ or
only find them on gooseneck trailers. Is there really
a big difference for a bumper pull trailer?

I would love to hear from anyone and all who may know
a bit more about this. thanks!!
Heather
