Why not? It happened with the WEG debacle and it got results.  IMHO, it
NEEDS to be discussed in a public forum every time it happens.  If it
were, there would be a heck of a lot more care exercised to avoid
it....by everyone.  And any "official" report by a Committee that is
part of AERC records should be availble to any member upon request.
