WHEW - more time-consuming regulation? I am not sure I understand manipulating the HR to appear HIGHER at a vet check. Is this just inreference to BC judging? IT sure wouldn't be an issue otherwise, since it is HR alone not comparative HR in the subsequent vet checks, and at completion. I am not sure how this would help and how a higher HR at pre ride is an issue. Help me if I missed something here, because we are pretty proud of our stallion's 22 resting pulse, and continually annoyed by our one mare who INSISTS at vetting in at about 38 much of the time.
