[RC] sports saddle sizing - Laurie Durgin

Since I am "horse grounded",Poor Rascal got "most of his odd canines cut out."Got all the right one, but they were in the wrong place, and were formed oddly and brittle and broke off on the left side,so we may have to go after it again if it grows back.Took 3 hits of tranqualizer to get them out, said they weren't good teeth and the lowers have cavities. And they showed up when he was 9!(not pleaseant! I felt like watching it once while I sat petting his neck and ears was enough.) And the vet said it would be a couple weeks before he could have a bit.Guess I'll lounge him some, and maybe ride a bit with the hack(iffy on that)..And have to bump my first Ld from 4/5 as he had two months off without much riding, Hopefully we will make Longstreets Charge in May.
Anyway hope to get another saddle and am thinking about a sport saddle. Is there any size difference because it is treeless? Like if you use a 16 western, do you use a 16 sport saddle? Or do you take a little less, or a little more? Laurie and Rascal, with two less teeth
