Re: [RC] ODD gaited horse - Sally Ann

I have a pure quarter horse gelding that is gaited. I was riding with a medium sized group of horses. About 6 of them were pasos. I wanted to have Dillon in a trot, but he likes to do this "gaited trot" (no clue what it is called). In other words I just sit there with my butt doing a slight "waddle" in the saddle. It's quite comfortable and he covers ground nicely. We did his trot thing for about half a mile or so and while passing the "Paso People" ( Grin :) ) one of them told me that they really loved my paso's gait.  "Nope, he's a quarter horse."     "Gasp! Really?"   "Yup."

Well thats my short pointless story. Oh well, at least I know there are others out there....
