Re: [RC] Selenium again - GoToryWhen I first inquired of RideCamp re: selenium, Roger Rittenhouse sent a very nice post recommending Mega-Sel- liquid, smells wonderful, mixes easily, horses like it- Se is 1 mg /oz, Vit E 50 IU/oz... I also found, and use, Equ-SeE from K-V as it has 1 mg Se and 220 IU per teaspoon. About $7/lb...It's powder, mixes easily and in the small amt isnt noticed by the horses... Am I missing something here? or is this a very reasonably priced concentrated supplement?
