It would be like receiving your college diploma from your Kindergarten teacher (I have no idea where that came from and I hope my LD buddies know I'm joking here).
 
I just don't think it would sit well with some folks.  Of course, some of the changes being passed around aren't sitting all that well with some of them either.

What effects would there be if riders  had to pulse down at the finish
before getting a placing?  You know, the way LD's do.
