[RC] Related to hauling - Kristi Schaaf

Lucy -
I wonder - would wetting the hay really well give it
enough weight to help keep it from flying all over the
place? Or would doing that on the road be too much of
a pain, even if it did help? I'm following this thread
with interest because I also have a slant with
built-in mangers. I currently don't feed hay during
transport; instead, I stop every three hours or so and
unload so they can eat and stretch and pee (that's a
whole 'nother topic - the pros and cons of unloading
while traveling).
