Re: [RC] What's in a name? - John Teeter

I passed the tail enders on the 100 last night at the 70 mile water stop. The sun was just setting, temp dropping - 30 miles (an LD) to go.

I thought, these guys have been on the trail for 11 hours. It's cold, they're tired and testy, the moon is coming up and they are just starting an LD.

They finished at 2:10 am happy and healthy - They did an LD tacked on the end of 70 miles?? - hmmm they did a 100 in 16:45....it's a bit different isn't it??

jt.
