Just curious, but how many 'endurance miles ridden' does
AERA have? I'm not saying what they are doing isn't good,
I'm just curious about the comparison.

The 2002 AERC year book lists total rider miles as 781,695.

If the problems we are having are 1% (or whatever) of those
miles and AERA has substantially fewer total miles ridden,
then statistically they wouldn't have the same degree of
"problem".

(Then maybe look at total miles ridden for FEI rides and
recompare... that puts speed in the picture).
