[RC] Aluminum Trailer Floor Maintenance / Cleaning - Patti Kuvik

A pair of heavy duty "vise grip" clamps (I got mine at Sears) makes moving
heavy mats a LOT easier - gives you handles to hold on with and a lot more
leverage.

I have a Silverado with solid Al floor too...and REALLY heavy mats. No way
am I hauling those mats out every time!
Best thing you can do, don't laugh, is train the horses to pee before
getting in....all of my friends gelding are pee trained, and
have taught the mares (we whistle after rides).

Mine is a 1999. I am pulling mats and doing a full structural check next
week....will let everyone know condition of floor.
I have had horses peeing in that trailer as long as I have had the
trailer.
