Re: [RC] Headaches/Dehydration? - Lysane CreeI have noticed that at almost each ride that I have volunteered at and at the one ride I actually rode in, I end up with these splitting headaches by late afternoon, between and kind of above my eyes mostly. Sometimes they last until I go to sleep. Of course, I always forget Tylenol so that doesn't help! I try to eat fairly well and always bring snacks with me, but I often go at least a couple of hours without eating. I also try to remember to drink water, but sometimes its not handy or I just get caught up with doing stuff and "forget". Especially on cool or only slightly warm days. Any ideas on getting rid of these headaches? This past weekend I know I ate very little fruits and vegetables (which I normally eat alot of) and only some water, with a coffee or two and a gatorade thrown in. Could it be just a lack of water or something else??
