To those who knew Joe Higgins, the Natural Glo rep who lived in Grass Valley until last Oct, when he moved to Gerber, Calif:
Joe passed away Tuesday, Aug 26, at about 10 AM at his home. The cause was cancer. Joe had been in the VA hospital recently for tests, and made the decision to pass away at home.
In accordance with his instructions, he was cremated with no services. There will be a memorial thru the Nevada County Horsemen's Assoc in about a month. Steve and Dee Dee Piner can be reached for more information.
Jow was always very generous to endurance riders with bags of product at local rides. He will be missed by many. I am sorry to be the bearer of this sad news. Karen Nelson #4299
