Cindy,

Good idea to build on!  For starters we should at least 
really encourage people to work rides before competing and 
have a way of making it easy to match prospective riders 
with volunteer positions where they can get the right 
education.   Am going to talk about this w/ EC commitee 
and see where we can go by buidling on this concept.
