[RC] AERC Membership Directory online now - Michael Maul

The AERC Technical Committee has added the AERC Membership Directory online so that you always have current information on members - at least as the office files have it. The paper version is correct when it is taken from the database and sent to the printer. The online version will reflect changes as soon as the office enters them. The online version only displays current dues paid members as does the paper version.

A new feature that we have added to the directory enables you to search for other AERC members in your city or state. You might want to look for a riding partner in an area you are moving to - or the email address of someone you know in AERC - or a paper mail address for Christmas cards.

The directory is only available through your password members page so that only AERC members can reach it.

You enter the last name - or the first part of the last name if that's all you know - then select from the list of names that appear.

For those who already have an AERC members login - just go to

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/mbr/

and login. The Membership directory is one of the links that comes up on the left.

For those of you who have not yet activated your members page - go to the link above and click on "Activate your account".

Enter your email address in the first box, your AERC # in the second, and the password you chose in the third box. When you login again - the ID will be the email address you used to activate and the password will be the password you chose. Neither of these will be your AERC #. We just need that to identify you to activate your account.

Please look at the other information about you and your horses to see if you need to make any corrections. You can do this online too.

If you have any problems or questions - just email me at mmaul@xxxxxxxxxx The programming was done by Russ Humphrey and the program management by Mike Maul.
