[RC] [Guest] Heart Rate Monitor - Ridecamp Moderator

My training partner is looking for a reccomendation for a heart rate monitor. She is currently looking at a Polaris model that retails for $180. It is the belt with electrodes, watch, etc. What are the opinions on this brand. Is there another you would reccomend?
