We've had a few unruly horses attend our rides over the years. We calmly
pull the rider to the side and tell them that they are not welcome at our
ride unless they can control their horse. Each of those riders have returned
many times and those same horses were better behaved. The ride manager can
do something about unruly horses at the rides.
