[RC] LD Survey - Teri Hunter

I have fixed the script which prevents you from voting more than once.  This
will let those of you who ride more than one horse on LD rides.  For all of
you that have participated in our survey thanks for your information.  For
those of you whom have not, please take the time to go to www.seraonline.org
and vote.  This could look to be an interesting outcome.  As Truman says not
a scientific one but it gives us a general idea.

Most likely if Truman agrees (now I am putting him on the spot) we could
have a survey once a month on items that are being brought up in ride camp.
