i freeze 1/3 of my water bottles for an 1-2 hour ride in summer. if i am out longe rand take 2 bottles I freeze one almost completely and the other 1/3 it stays cold in a waterbottle carrier with 'some" insulation or padding.that way i drink the first part frozen adn then the other is about half thawed and i can start on it. that is in anything over 80% withover 60% humidity.laurie the onehanded rascal owner
