[RC] AERC problems with ride result notifications - Michael Maul

In the past few days a number of you have been getting multiple notifications of a * in the ride results.

We had a software bug and that's fixed now. You should not see duplicates. Please let me know if you do.

One problem that we flag though is the following:

If there is a horse in the ride that has incomplete rider information - and we cannot notify the rider(not an AERC member) - we send the email to the owner of the horse.

So you may get an alert that something is wrong in a ride result - look at your result and not see a problem. Please look to see if there another * in the results which may be for a horse you own or used to own and the ownership was never transfered at the AERC office.

Again - we apologize for the multiple emails on this and should have the problem fixed now.

Mike and Russ
