I just started taking Coral Calcium and no, I am not a dealer for the stuff. But it's amazing. Full of all types of "B's". During this last ride at Grizzly Mt., my friend was doing the 75 miler. At 50 miles she came in for a hold and said she was very, very tired. I gave her 2 Coral Calcium and told her to take one now and one after the next 12 miles. She finished in 6th place and she looked better than she did at 50 miles! They have a web site with all the particulars, but it's almost a wonder drug (but legal!!).

If you want to stop the food "spike and crash" scenario, just start taking B-50 vitamins. The B vitamins help convert food to energy, and one B-50 capsule a day will help your body metabolize food at a steady, even, flat-line rate throughout the day. This is especially important for hypoglycemics, and anyone who gets a "sugar high" are consuming carbohydrates. The B-vitamins are also water soluble, so whatever your body doesn't need, it'll discard in the urine. You'll notice you'll feel brighter, more alert, and more energized. Forget the peaks and valleys -- you can even eat candy bars and not experience the sugar rush.

BTW -- you also want to take B-50 if you have carpel tunnel syndrome. It's like taking an aspirin for a headache.
