[RC] [RC] [Guest] cleaning wet saddle - Ridecamp GuestOn Behalf Of Laurie Durgin you need to get conditioner into it before it drys or damage is likely, also do not dry it with anykind of heat source. -======= From: "Ridecamp Guest" <ridecamp-moderator@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Reply-To: guest@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: <guest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [RC] [Guest] cleaning wet saddle Date: Sun, 13 Apr 2003 17:48:22 -0700 InlineMom3@xxxxxxx I went to the Whiskeytown Chaser ride yesterday. The weather forecast was for rain, but I have never ridden in rain like that! Anyway, needless to say I have blankets, pads, boots, EVERYTHING drying out. My saddle got completely drenched. I am letting it dry in the house, and have the olive oil ready. I really love my saddle. Any suggestions? Thanks, you can mail me privately Dannan =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
