The Old Macs may seem pricey but I have seen what they
look like after SEVERAL months of daily use (probably 12-16 hours a day in a
paddock) and they aren't any more pricey than a couple of shoeings. I am
seriously considering getting them for some of our horses who are infrequently
ridden but should have some protection when they are. They wore REALLY
well and were well used. And sooo easy to put on and off. That is
the clincher for me.
