[RC] Estimating Speed - Steve Elliott (EQUINE PERFORMANCE)

Estimating Speed :  class series 1 without GPS   After you've spent time in
the saddle you can  come up with the "feel "of the distance, I  myself have
a knee thats good for 15 miles  then i walk it out for a bit then continue.
Below is a good chart that  you can measure distance and time into mph.
