Re: Camp food

Ridecampers: I need help with this problem, too. I want to go to some rides
where I may be gone a minimum of 3 days and have only coolers, no fridge.
We don't eat meat, so don't have that problem. How do you keep your fresh
veggies fresh? Any ideas on foods to take would be really helpful. Thank
you.
