Re: Camp food

If you pack several coolers with what you need each day, you can put some
dry ice in the coolers to keep them cold longer. Just keep in mind that if
you don't want things frozen solid, open the cooler in the am of the day you
will be using it! :-)

Ridecampers: I need help with this problem, too. I want to go to some rides
where I may be gone a minimum of 3 days and have only coolers, no fridge.
We don't eat meat, so don't have that problem. How do you keep your fresh
veggies fresh? Any ideas on foods to take would be really helpful. Thank
you.
