Leigh,

	I also feel that all LD rides should be sanctione and I was not saying
that LD are participated in by only locals.  My statement about the
rides that could be put on the next day because most of the participants
are locals was referring to the 10 and 15 mile fun rides that many of
the ride managers put on in conjunction with their endurance and LD
rides.
