My Bay use to jig and not always when going
home. I finally learned to relax and just go with the flo. Once I
did that, he settled down to work. Once in 2 ft of snow, I turned him to
the left and then to the right. I zigzagged until he finally started to
walk. We walked all the way home! Once the snow had melted, I used
that method again! HA! My hubby came home and said after viewing a
half mile of zigzag on the dirt road 'I see you had Bay out!' I never did
solve that jigging problem but I did learn to relax and not get mad at
him. I still miss riding that ol' boy. He was just plain fun.
He also had alot of heart. Jeanie
