I agree. I have had nothing but positive results from them. I just renewed and got one of my cards and did not get the other. I put it on hold for a week to see if the other one came. They called me the next day explaining that they sent it to the wrong address and not to worry, my old card would be good until I got the new one. They apologized for any inconvenience.....mb
