The car in the video is a mini-car and it is pulling an RV. So the video doesn't prove that a big car with a strong frame can't pull a horse trailer. All it shows is that a mini-car can't haul an RV.

The whole system has to be considered. My '67 Camaro had a larger engine than the Chevy half ton truck I used to pull my two horse trailer, so theoretically the Camaro could have pulled better . . . except the Camaro's bumper wasn't attached to the frame.
