Assuming you also rose when the left fore left the ground to reach forward,
you are on the left diagonal. But, I think you might be a little off on your 
timing.

I idea is to unload the inside hind by being off the saddle when that leg 
lands.

I didn't see the link to Len Brown's article. Now you've got me curious.
