Dodge Diesel, Cummins engine.  My 1993 is still going strong.........mb

My husband loves his 2001 Dodge 4x4 with that  Cummins diesel and I love the 
power, but ours has always had excessive play in the steering.  We've spend 
thousands trying to make it steer straight.  He doesn't mind at all and it 
scares me spitless.   When I drove it down from Southern Oregon to the 
Redwood Ride I thought I was going to have someone break my clenched fingers 
from the steering wheel. I can't drive it without hyperventilating.  I'm 
looking for another truck just so I can be more independent (always my goal 
on every level).
