[RC] Rider Supplements and winter rides :D - Lynne Glazer

I use 2 oz of Amazon Herb Company's Zamu beverage daily, Recovazon for aches and pains as needed instead of ibruprofen. (Zamu is an FDA certified organic blend of camu camu, açai, cinnamon, mango, pineapple juices and cacao, no fillers.

If I ever get back to the rides with my own horse, I'll be doing my accupuncturist's protocol for endurance riders, one liquid capsule of Sumacazon, Warrior and Recovazon in the morning, at lunch and afterwards, for energy all day and no aches and pains afterwards. I've used several of their products over the last two years, haven't been sick that whole time which is pretty cool, but just using Zamu now.

We have a beautiful day with storm light, green hills and snowcaps on the peaks, gonna go have a nice ride with great views. BTW, If you're thinking about doing the Bar H 50s in a week, it should be gorgeous. Easy access and flat, huge parking area, no limit on rig size.
