RE: [RC] health certificates/Coggins - ll cole

California, Arizona, Idaho, Florida and Montana are the only states that have bothered to look at Health Certs and Coggins in our travels. Yes, it is a little disturbing but then we also tend to avoid areas where USDA has current quarantines too.
