to get into the mess of the helmet debate but I am just curious.
Will there now be 'helmet police' out on the trail and in all the
arenas and rodeos and backyards in Florida?
Maybe this will open up a new job market....Helmet Enforcement Officer~
Well, it could impact insurance and lawsuits. If you suffer a head
injury in Florida while not wearing a helmet your health insurance may
not have to pay (as you were injured due to breaking the law) and your
lawbreaking would impact your liability in a lawsuit.
