[RC] Was there no hold on the LD? - k s swigart

From the EHSC 30 miler ride results:



32 Catherine Castro Rusty O'Riley 7:12.01


Since the allowed time for a 30 miler is 7:15 minutes, was the hold time for 
the EHSC LD ride less than 3 minutes, or is this a reporting error?

I am curious.
