Re: [RC] Tevis statistics - Barbara White

The statistics aren't up for this year on the website, but historically the winner has been most likely to be an Arabian gelding, between 6 and 16 years, chestnut or bay in color.

You can find interesting information and trivia, through 2007, at www.teviscup.org/stat_pages/historic_inline.html, and it should be updated soon for this year.  You can also click on Historical Records under the Quick Links on the home page.

Subject: [RC] Tevis statistics

Some years ago I read a Tevis statistic of what was the horse that most commonly won the Tevis. They said that a mare, grey, 14 2 was the most common winner. Does anyone have a more up to date statistic on winners in recent years?
