[RC] Caja (NM) Clarification - Deirdre C. Monroe

Clarification on the Caja Coggins and HS requirement. When an event has out-of-state horses (which we will), New Mexico requires the following:

3. For organized events and exhibitions (recurring annual events,
sponsored events, charging entry fees, etc.) in New Mexico, a negative
"Coggins" test (for EIA) within past twelve months. ***If there will be
out-of-state horses at the event your horse will also require a
Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (health certificate) with a
statement that the animals on the certificate are not from a premise
under quarantine for VS and have no signs or lesions of VS. (Yes, a CVI
for travel WITHIN the State!!)***

Thanks to Debbie Bulcock for supplying this info.
